Description

w   Ideally, you are a self-motivated, sales-focused individual who can thrive in a high-performing, client-centric sales culture that supports rapid growth across WTW’s Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT)'s portfolio of technology solutions in Korea. 

w   Acquire new clients through prospecting, networking and cold calling to ensure technology sales quotas are achieved each quarter

w   Developing a sound sales pipeline of potential sales opportunities in assigned territory and accounts

w   Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including proposal development, product demonstrations with SMEs, negotiations and contracting.

w   Developing and executing strategic sales plans for each major opportunity

w   Participating in sales calls and meetings to determine appropriate resources or representation by other WTW divisions to win and close the deal

w   Building and developing relationship to work with clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with WTW insurance propositions.

w   Reflecting input activity within and maintaining accurate and comprehensive sales database (Dynamics) and provide regular sales report and forecasts to management

w   Maintaining awareness of market and industry trends

Qualifications

w   5 – 10 years of software sales experience, selling into the insurance industry.

w   Understanding of insurance trends, ideal if you have experience working with actuaries and finance professional.

w   Determination and a great attitude 

Conversant in Korean and English
