AIG의 Long Duration Product Development팀(장기상품개발팀)은 AIG Korea의 개인 보험 사업에서 새로운 보장 영역 및 상품 개발, 가격 전략, 독창적이고 매력적인 CVP(Customer Value Proposition), 기존 상품의 관리를 중심으로 선도적인 역할을 하고 있습니다.

장기보험 상품개발 팀은 판매, PI전략, 마케팅, 고객 서비스, 보상, 포트폴리오 관리 등과 같은 핵심 기능과 관련하여 관련부서와 긴밀한 협업과 소통이 필수입니다.

직무 설명:

·   A&H 장기 상품개발팀의 구성원

·   창의적이고 혁신적인 가치  제안을 위한 새로운 아이디어 도출

·   새로운 A&H 장기 상품에 대한 새로운 위험률 개발 및 기존 위험률을 개정

·    A&H 장기 상품의 보험료 및 책임준비금 산출

·    보험개발원 및 금융감독원 승인을 위한 서류 작성

·    금융감독 규정 변경에 따른 요율변경

·    언더라이팅, 보상 등 관련부서와 협업을 통한 상품 모니터링

·    기존 상품의 개선계획 수립 및 실행

직무 요건:

·    2년 이상의 생명보험 또는 손해보험(장기보험) 상품개발 및 위험률 산출 등 Pricing경력

·    상해 및 건강보험 상품 라인에서 신상품 아이디어를 제시하는 뛰어난 역량

·    보험계리학에 대한 깊은 지식보유, 보험계리사 우대

·    판매 채널과의 협업 능력

·    우수한 커뮤니케이션 능력, 영어 가능자 우대

·    분석력, 커뮤니케이션 능력, 대인관계 및 협업 역량

A&H Product Development Actuary, South Korea

AIG’s Long Term Product Development team is at the fore-front of AIG Korea’s Personal Insurance business, focusing on new coverages and products, pricing strategy, unique and attractive CVP(customer value proposition), and management of the existing products. Frequent interactions and collaboration with major functions such as distribution, PI strategy, marketing, customer service, claims, Portfolio Management, etc. is a must for this team.

How you will create an impact

• Act as a member of the product development team
• Generate new idea for creative and innovative value propositions
• Develop new risk rates for the new A&H long term product and update existing risk rates
• Generate premium rate and reserve rate for new product of A&H long term products
• Filing documentation for KIDI/FSS approval.
• Re-pricing according to FSS regulation change
• Co-work with underwriting, claims etc. for monitoring the performance of new products
• Develop remediation plan about existing product as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 2+years work experience with accidental and health product development or pricing of Life or Non-Life insurance.
• Strong ability in delivering new product ideas within accidental and health product lines
• Deep knowledge of actuarial science, qualified actuary is a plus
• Ability to work with various distribution channels
• Excellent communication skills in Korean, and English skills is a plus
• Analytical power, communications, interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Early adaptor & visionary with an innovative & disruptive mindset, having demonstrated ability to adapt product, marketing, and acquisition tactics in response to market & industry Insight & developments
