[담당 업무]

- Work closely with the AIA Korea product development teams and Group Risk to coordinate communication on key risks for upcoming products through the product design, pricing and reinsurance stages of product development

- Identify potential product risks and provide input on potential mitigating actions to optimise the risk profile of the product portfolio

- Draft independent product risk assessments for the Chief Risk Officer’s approval and submission

- Support the CRO’s participation in the Product Development Committee and other relevant committees

- Support the identification, mitigation and monitoring of key product-related risks during the company’s annual strategic planning process

- Support the execution of relevant risk policies and standards and perform the monitoring on the compliance on a regular basis

- Manage regular risk reporting submission to Group Office, risk committees and escalation of key risks to management

- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet other requirements

[자격요건]

- University graduate with minimum 10 years relevant experience

- Qualified Actuary and proficiency in English strongly preferred

- Strong problem-solving, effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Developed financial acumen and business orientation.

- Experience to lead and prepare the ORSA report will be an advantage.

- Good product/ pricing knowledge together with Economic Capital, Solvency II equivalence & modelling experience preferred
